Jazz Goes to Campus

It’s that time of the year again, folks! Yes, Indonesia’s eldest jazz festival is coming to town; THE 32ND JAZZ GOES TO CAMPUS is running and counting down its days into a series of events. This time bringing on “Sense of Rejuvenation” as its theme. Rejuvenation by definition is the act of restoring a former state; make fresh or new again. Jazz as a form of expression has existed for many years since its early findings, and thus have reached a certain milestone where it is deeply treasured in society. The terms “Sense of Rejuvenation” is an attempt to capture the essence of revitalizing, refreshing, and restoring the true nature of jazz.



We endeavor the task of reflecting a diverse face of jazz in our 32nd year of festival. Our specific optimism and dreams are reflected through this theme and a great deal of anticipation is put upon it. Still keeping on our legacy of Jazz Exhibition, JGTC Awards, and JGTC Festival, we also welcome this year’s series by Introducing to you for the very first time, JGTC Roadshow! For those of you that are starving for a fresh new vibe of experience in Jazz Goes To Campus, this year is the year for you. So hop in and enjoy the ride, the show’s about to begin.
